  • 200g beef mince
  • 200g pork mince
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 onion, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Optional toppings:

Low-carb tomato sauce, olives, cherry tomatoes halved, mushrooms, rosemary, basil, cheese, rocket, spinach.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 C or the highest setting
