Are There Any Health Benefits Of This Delicious Low Carb Christmas Cocktail?
Aside from being delicious, this Low-Carb Spiced Pear Fizz Cocktail has it’s own benefits! Ginger and cinnamon may:
- Help fight off colds and flus
 - Aid digestion
 - Reduce Nausea
 - Improve your immune system
 - Be anti-ageing
 - Keep you regular
 - Have weight loss benefits by lowering blood sugar

What Makes It A Keto Cocktail?
Pears on their own are a low-GI food, mostly because they’re so high in fibre so they aren’t the worst fruit on the keto list. Using low-carb champagne also keeps this drink from hitting your carb-limits. Personally I like Light Yellowglen Yellow, with 30% fewer calories and 40% less alcohol (30% fewer calories and 40% less alcohol than 750mL Yellowglen Yellow), Yellow 65 is a crisp, fresh chardonnay with hints of citrus. The switch to sugar-free maple syrup is unnoticeable when it comes to the sweet taste of this cocktail, but will keep you on track with your sugar intake.
