- vodka
 - coffee liqueur
 - cream
 - Sugar-free maple syrup (or any other sweetener)

How to make Low-Carb Gingerbread Martini
Wipe some of the maple syrup around the edge of the glass and dip the martini glasses into the mixture of spices and nuts. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and serve into glasses.
Gingerbread Martini Recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 90 mls vodka
 - 60 mls coffee liqueur
 - 2 tbsp cream
 - 2 tsp Sugar-free maple syrup (or any other sweetener)
 - a few drops of vanilla essence
 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of ground cloves
 - Pinch of ground ginger
 
For the Rim:
- 1 tsp almond flour
 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
 - Pinch of ground ginger
 - Sugar free maple syrup
 
Method:
- On a shallow plate, mix together the almond flour, cinnamon and ginger. Wipe some of the maple syrup around the edge of the glass and dip the martini glasses into the mixture
 - In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the rest of the ingredients and shake well to break up the ice
 - Pour into glasses. Optional – Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
