- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 680g cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

- Preheat your oven to 160°C. Grease a 22cm springform pan and set it aside.
