Some green smoothies can taste too bitter, this smoothie recipe has some fresh pineapple to give it some sweetness. If you’d like a keto version, just omit the pineapple and add 1 tsp of natural sweetener.

Ingredients

1 cup of raw spinach
1/2 cup of fresh diced pineapple
1/2 avocado
1tsp grated, fresh ginger
½ cup of coconut milk or coconut water
½ cup of cold water
Ice (optional)

Directions

Throw it all in a blender… easy!
