Appointment cancellation policy

My goal at Jervis Bay Naturopathy is to provide quality health care in a timely manner. Therefore, please notify me if you are unable to attend your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. To assist with this, you will be sent a reminder of your upcoming appointment 48hrs prior to your allocated time.

Please note that if you cancel, miss an appointment or reschedule within this 24hr period, 100% of the consultation fee will be charged. By sending me your initial questionnaire form you will agree to adhere to these terms.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds after service and all sales are final. If you are not happy with the service provided, please discuss it with me and we can work out the best way to proceed.

Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping is not included in the purchase price of any products purchased in the clinic.

Workshops and Events

We may cancel any of our events at any time for any reason. If we cancel an event, we will refund you the price of your ticket, but we won’t be responsible for any of your other costs, including accommodation, airfares or other transport costs.

By purchasing a ticket to one of our events you consent to us using your image in any photography or video recordings we create unless you tell us otherwise. We can use these recordings at any time in the future. If you provide us with comments, feedback or testimonials, you consent to us using this information in our marketing collateral (we won’t identify you by name without your permission). You can ask us to remove any such information by contacting admin@jervisbaynaturopathy and we will remove reference to your remarks in any future collateral.

Returns policy for Nutritional Supplements

All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Damaged or degraded nutritional support products can be returned for a full refund. Please contact the clinic to arrange your return.
